Free Sample Evaluation
Not sure if your parts are a candidate for resistance spot welding (RSW) or resistance seam welding (RSEW)?
Let our applicationengineers perform a free evaluation. We have several small scale resistance weld controllers, both linear DC and high frequency DC, along with opposed electrode, parallel gap and resistance seam weld heads to quickly evaluate your parts.
Engineering Feasibility Studies
Let our weld experts assist you with:
- Specify the electrode material, shape, and size
- Select and size the appropriate weld controller (capacitive discharge, DC, MFDC, or AC)
- Determine the weld head type - seam, direct (opposed), series (parallel gap), thermode, heat stake
- Conduct a design of experiments (DOE) to optimize a weld schedule
- Perform weld cross-sections, metallographics, and pull/shear testing
After completing the product evaluation, you will receive a brief report along with your welded samples. In addition, the weld schedules and data are stored in WeldWorks. You can access your results by logging on to >>WeldWorks
