Machine Support

techMatrix offers a comprehensive range of maintenance services, calibration, and software support for all our resistance weld products.  We back our products with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and offer free software upgrades during this period.

We have a policy to respond within 8 hours - or sooner should an emergency occur. With any new machine purchase we will commission your machine and provide on-site installation and training (excluding WeldWorks Software or Vision Kits where training is done on-line).

Project Files

All customers can view their project files for their machines using WebDav. At the time of purchase, you will be given a username and password to logon to techMatrix's secure file servers. Access the following important information:

  • Bill of Materials and recommend spare parts list
  • Electrical Schematics
  • Calibration Certificates
  • Mechanical drawings for custom fixtures

All files are stored in a central repository and can be reviewed any time, day or night.  For access instructions, click >>here.
