Instructions to access your project files

Existing customers can easily access centrally located folders and files on techMatrix’s server by using WebDAV technology. WebDAV stands for “Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning” and is a more secure and modern version of FTP.

Browser Setup

  1. Open Internet Explorer 7.0+ or Firefox 3.5
  2. Type the URL of your webfolder using techMatrix's webfolder subdomain, followed by a backslash and the name of your company in the address bar.
  3. For example, if your company name is XYZ Inc., the address would be: http://webfolders.techmatrixllc.net/webdav/customers/XYZ
  4. Hit Go
  5. Now you will be prompted to authenticate with techMatrix's server. Enter your User name and Password we sent you earlier. See figure below:

  1. You will now see a listing of the files within your company folder like that shown in the picture below.
