RSX100 Resistance Spot Welder (Concept)
The RSX100 automated resistance spot welder, is the big brother to the RSX50. It's large diameter rotate platter is ideal for welding battery packs and heat bonding printed circuit board components.
- Small footprint at only 48" x 30" conserves floor space
- Accurately weld multiple parts and/or perform multiple welds on a single part
- Large work envelope provides room to add auxiliary processes (press, bend, test or inspection)
- Flexible platform designed on a rigid steel frame is configured for your application
- Patent pending weld head can automatically switch between opposed or parallel gap welding
- Includes intuitive WeldWorks software to manage weld schedules, electrode locations, and process data
- Optional vision assisted electrode positioning for micro-resistance weld applications
